Purchasing and Ordering Disclaimer: Terms and  Conditions.
IN PURCHASING A PRODUCT ONLINE, BY PHONE, FAX OR MAIL  IN, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE  TERMS
BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THESE TERMS THEN DO NOT  PLACE AN ORDER FOR A
PRODUCT.
Pricing and Charges.ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. EVERY EFFORT HAS  BEEN MADE TO
ENSURE ACCURATE PRICING OF THE PRODUCTS FEATURED ON OUR WEBSITE. IN  THE EVENT A PART OR ACCESSORY
IS ORDERED AND OUR LISTED PRICE HAS CHANGED TO A  HIGHER AMOUNT, YOU  WILL BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO OUR
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. NOTE: YOUR AGREED TO PRICE  WILL BE SHOWN ON YOUR  INVOICES FROM A1 AMERICAN
 OR WHAT YOU HAVE  AGREED TO BY PHONE.  FOR DROP SHIP ORDERS: ANY PACKING SLIPS YOU MAY  RECEIVE IS NOT
YOUR ACTUAL PRICE AND MAY REFLECT OUR COST OR DROP SHIP FEES  CHARGED BY A SUPPLIER. YOUR ACTUAL
AGREED TO PRICE IS OUR INVOICE OR WHAT WAS  GIVEN TO YOU BY PHONE, NOT THIS PACKING SLIP OR INVOICE THAT
CAME WITH THE PART.  PRICING ON OUR SITE IS BASED ON IN STOCK ITEMS. SPECIAL OR BACK ORDER ITEMS MAY  
INCREASE IN PRICE. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BEFORE WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER FOR YOUR  APPROVAL.
Fraud Prevention: Orders over $500 may require  additional verification from the customer as in I.D, signatures or any other  
verification we deem necessary to verify the order is approved by the card  holder and is not fraudulent.
Deposits: Deposits placed on parts to hold or to  special order are non refundable.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. YOU HAVE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE OF THE  PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASE THROUGH THIS
WEBSITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL  A1 AMERICAN - A1AMERICAN.NET BE LIABLE TO YOU IN RELATION TO THE PRODUCTS,
OR YOUR USE,  MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, FOR ANY (1) INDIRECT, PUNITIVE,  SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE (INCLUDING LOSS OF  BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR
OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE). INSTALLING  PARTS- GENUINE, REPLACEMENT OR GENERIC PARTS: IF YOU HAVE
TROUBLE  INSTALLING OR USING THE ITEMS YOU HAVE RECEIVED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIRING  A QUALIFIED
SERVICE COMPANY TO INSTALL IT FOR YOU. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL  PARTS YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED FOR OR
CANNOT FIGURE OUT ON YOUR OWN. INJURY OR  DAMAGE TO FURTHER COMPONENTS CAN OCCUR WHICH WE ARE
NOT LIABLE FOR.
Delays in shipping:
In no event shall A1 AMERICAN - a1american.net be liable for any damages or loss of monies you may occur caused by delays in
shipping  and or delivery of products ordered. Shipping problems due occur but are rare.  Deliveries can be delayed by part
backorders (special orders), out of stock  parts, rural addresses,  weather, holidays or other reasons by the shipping carrier. No
cancellations will be accepted do to shipping delays caused by the shipping  carrier, shipments that went ground instead of rush or
incorrect delivery address information given by the customer. A1 AMERICAN will reship another order at no charge if the delay is
caused by the  shipping carrier or our mistake and no reasonable date of delivery is given by the shipping  carrier. Parts that are
being reshipped must be in stock. In no event shall A1 AMERICAN - a1american.net  be liable for losses caused by the shipping
carrier. UPS, USPS,  FED EX, etc. DAYS WE SHIP: Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Shipping times are based on normal
business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Rush orders must be in by 12 noon PST. Due to the  nature of rush
orders, next day and second day, we make no guarantee for these  types of deliveries.
IMPORTANT: We  try our best to get out
orders in a fast manner. However, when selecting your  shipping options,
please  be advised that these delivery times are from the
time of shipping, not from  the time the order was submitted. Please understand that it takes time to receive the order, process the
payment, pick your order from the warehouse,  properly pack it in a box, label it, get it ready for the shipping carrier and  for them to
pickup the package.
Special Orders: Some items can be special ordered in emergency circumstances at an additional cost. You will be notified of
any additional fees for your approval. Special orders will be charged up front  before your order ships.
Parts shown on our site. Parts shown our our website are normal stock items. NOTE: Occasionally items get sold out and will  
require a drop ship or a backorder.
Incorrect Part Ordering: In no event shall A1 AMERICAN -  a1american.net be liable for any damages, credit card charge backs
or loss of monies you may occur caused by incorrect part  ordering. Any part you order that is not correctly filled out will be  
automatically corrected for you. Example 1 (online ordering): If you select a  shipping method or cost that is not correct for your
type of part order, we will  adjust it to the correct cost and method. Example 2 (online ordering): You order  a part online and enter
the incorrect price or enter no price at all, we will  adjust it to the correct price automatically.
Damage in shipment: We will accept returns of parts damaged in shipment.
Parts will be replaced right away at no charge and we will pick up the damaged part free.
Custom Made  Filters: No    return allowed on these type of filters, they are built to the size you  selected. Delivery times are for
after the filter has been made.
Part Warranty-Defective Parts: This is very rare    being we sell high quality parts.
If you do have a defective item, please call A1 AMERICAN at 888-729-AIRE or email us at
Parts that look different or have different part numbers  from what you
ordered.
Sometimes parts look and install different from the original, due to design changes or improvements to
the part quality.
Part numbers can also change. If the part we sent looks  different from the original and your unsure
the part will fit,
call us or email us, we can verify if you received the right part.  
CANCELLATIONS:
Recognizing that an order for products or services represents a commitment on    the part of both the customer and supplier,
and that processing an order    requires an allocation of time, processing fees charged by the credit card processor and other
resources unseen to the customer,A1 AMERICAN employs the following order cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be done within 1 hour of  the order being placed and be done before 2 PM PST, to guarantee the stop of  the
shipment.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER BEFORE IT HAS BEEN  SHIPPED OR SPECIAL ORDERED THERE WILL BE A CHARGE
OF $10.00 OR 15% OF THE TOTAL ORDER, WHICHEVER IS  GREATER.
NOTE: IF IT HAS SHIPPED OR SPECIAL ORDERED,
YOU MUST FOLLOW THE RETURN  POLICY GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS  LISTED BELOW.Cancellations of
backordered or special order items will be  accessed a 35% fee. These items are special ordered for you alone. Cancellations
of special order or backordered items are not guaranteed because these are being  shipped from alternate sources. Orders
cannot  be canceled after the order has shipped! To cancel an order call 888-729-AIRE
Failed  delivery attempt or delivery refusal: This applies to non electrical items or items that were not special ordered. If the
shipper tries to deliver the item and the package is refused or no one is available to accept delivery after 3 attempts, the shipper
will return the part/s to us. The shipper charges us both ways for this. We can reship the parts again to you for the cost of our
shipping or a credit can be issued for the order, minus the cost of our shipping, and a restock fee of 35%. Orders that qualified
for free shipping will be void.
Normal ground shipping usually runs $6 - $10. Large items can run up to $40.00 or more
depending on weight.
No refund of will be given for special order, backorder or electrical items.

Return Policy: Terms and Conditions
We will accept returns of any part that we determine have been shipped in error for an exchange if unused and in original
packaging. If  you receive an incorrect part, you must contact us by calling  888-729-AIRE, if you need to exchange it. Returning
any item without  first contacting A1 AMERICAN directly  will void any credit or exchange. You must give us the opportunity to
determine if there is a mistake, ( some parts look or install different from the original, due to design changes and updates made
by the manufacture ). We will gladly correct any incorrect part shipment made by our company. If there is a return of non electrical
 parts within 14 days of purchase and they have been inspected for use or damage you will be credited the total charge, minus a
35% restock fee and the shipping charge, (credits can take up to 60 days).
Parts cannot be returned after the 14 day period. Special order items cannot be returned.
INDUSTRY STANDARD POLICY:
Electrical parts cannot
be returned under  any circumstance, only  exchanged if defective by following the
warranty claim terms.
Returns of electrical items for a refund will not be
processed.
Any installed, used or damaged parts by consumer cannot be
returned.
Gas conversion kits cannot be
returned.
Special order items cannot be
returned.
No longer available parts cannot be
returned.
Failed delivery attempt or delivery refusal of electrical items or items  that were special ordered will not be
given any refund.

Limited Part Warranty:
Parts carry a limited 1 year warranty from  the date of purchase.
Electrical parts carry a full 30 day warranty from date of purchase, they must be returned within 30 days as a defective item for an
exchange only. These parts must accompany the original packing materials. They must be returned first for inspection for
damage, power surge failure, misuse or improper installation. If this is found, the warranty would not apply. No refund would be
given. Parts that have found to be defective after  the 30 day period for up to 1 year from the date of purchase will be replaced  at
a charge to the customer of 50% off the purchased price. Shipping and  handling charges will be additional.
To return defective material you must first call A1 AMERICAN at 888-729-AIRE
Non Electrical Parts. Non electrical parts carry a full 30 day warranty from date of purchase, they must be returned within 30
days as a defective item for an exchange only. They must be returned first for inspection for damage, misuse or improper
installation. If this is found, the warranty would not apply. No refund would be given. Parts that have found to be defective after the
30 day period for up to 1 year from the date of  purchase will be replaced at a charge to the customer of 60% off the purchased    
price. Shipping and handling charges will be additional. To return defective material you must  first call A1 AMERICAN at
888-729-AIRE
No longer available parts. Parts that  are no longer made or available carry no warranty and
are sold as is.
Wear and tear items do not apply for any warranty. Drip pans,  Cleaners, hoses and other parts that
wear with use.
