Our company is equipped with multiple trucks, maintains inventory of all HVAC parts and
equipment, and has an average staff of 12 employees. Our management team includes
Project Administrators, Service Managers and the Office Managers.
With over 30 years in the High Desert, we are particularly active in community involvement
as well as providing yearly donations to local charities and schools. Our key areas of focus
are in new construction including custom homes, multifamily residence, and commercial
and industrial projects. We are fully involved in Marketing and other responsibilities such
as directing field work, data analysis, plan and compliance reviews, and preparing
professional proposals. Our innovation and entrepreneurship has created a business of
success while growing our client relationships and substantially increasing our profit
margin. In addition to our contracting license, we also hold certificates in multiple areas of
HVAC, which include TracPipe Installations, Title 24 HERS Testing Core Rater, Universal EPA
Type 1, 2 & 3, R-410A EPA Double Certifications, Master’s PM Technician, and Master’s IAQ
Technician.
With years experience in HVAC Service and Installations, the Service Department
concentrates mainly on flawless performance and complete customer satisfaction. Our
main duties include directly supervising the service and installation departments,
maintaining proper inventory for our warehouse and trucks, marketing, vendor relations,
and preserving a client feedback program. Our expertise in these main areas has nearly
tripled our referral program, which greatly assists our annual profit margin increase.
