A1 American Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a corporation that provides
sales, service, and installation of HVAC and General Sheet Metal products to
most of Southern California at cost effective pricing. We were established in
2000 as Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning. In 2002 we changed our name to
A1 American Heating & Air Conditioning and became a corporation as of
December 2005.
We specialize in the HVAC and General Sheet Metal trades while also
offering project specific services such as Grease Duct, Coping, Fire Wrap,
Hood Vents, In House Air Balancing, and much more. These trades are
especially utilized in our Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family, Restaurant,
Medical Facility, Custom Residential, T.I., Cut-In, and Change-out projects.
At A1 American, we know as a sub-contractor our quality of work reflects on
you. We pride ourselves in quality and professionalism on all aspects of our
projects by helping each other to not just meet, but to exceed customer
satisfaction. By only employing a seasoned team while sustaining firm
supervision on our projects, we accomplish these goals everytime. Innovation

In a cozy location of Lancaster, CA our main office provides welcoming
assistance Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday's 9:00
am to 3:00 pm in our prime season's.
We work diligently to help people understand our products and make
informed decisions based on these comfort areas and the customer’s specific
needs.
Our company is equipped with multiple trucks, maintains inventory of all HVAC
parts and equipment, and has an average staff of 12 employees. Our
management team includes the President- David Fuller, the Service Department
Manager- Brian Pyron, and the Office Manager- Tracy Wilson.
