Warranty
Get the security of industry-leading warranties
Every Comfortmaker home comfort product is backed the way it’s
built—to be the best. Comfortmaker systems come with the
confidence of long-lasting warranties on both the key components
and functional parts. You can even extend coverage through
dealers who participate in HELP® (Homeowner’s Extended Labor
Program).
No Hassle Replacement Warranty
The Comfortmaker No Hassle Replacement Warranty gives you a
limited warranty that assures you of continued comfort—no
worries, no questions. Now, you get a brand new replacement unit*
should a major component (the compressor, covered coil or heat
exchanger) fail during the No Hassle period. Ask your dealer for
details.
Standard Warranty
Your Comfortmaker home air conditioner, heat pump, or furnace
carries a limited warranty on all functional parts. Look for
specific details in the product description, check the actual
certificate, or ask your dealer for information.
Key Component Warranty
Key components often carry a longer limited warranty than
functional parts. For instance, the primary heat exchanger or
compressor may come with separate coverage. Each product
varies so check the listing, the actual certificate, or ask your
dealer.
Protecting Your Warranty
You are required to provide proof of yearly maintenance service by
a qualified service technician to keep your warranty valid. The
dealer also needs the serial number and model number of your
unit, so keep your original receipts. For assistance in filing claims,
your dealer can contact his distributor who is supported by ICP,
International Comfort Products, LLC (USA).
